All of Miranda’s cakes are hand made to order, and use only the finest ingredients. Her fruit cakes use a rich traditional recipe with the fruit soaked overnight in brandy prior to mixing. All butter Madeira or chocolate sponge cakes can also be prepared.
What makes Miranda’s cakes unique is their decoration. Wedding cakes can be traditional or modern and feature delicate floral sprays made entirely from sugar. Birthday cakes can be iced in the time-honoured way, or be decorated to your own design.
